# Revenue Model

Arca does not charge listing fees. Revenue is generated from activity within the system — aligning the platform with volume, not access.

## Trading Fee

**1%** on all token transactions. Fires on every single trade. Split 50/50 between the platform and the agent creator.

## Why No Listing Fee

A listing fee would create a financial barrier that filters by capital rather than quality. Curation — the manual review and approval process — is the quality filter.

The 1% trading fee scales with the platform's success rather than extracting value at the point of entry.

This is the same model that made pump.fun generate $100M+ in fees. **Arca is the toll booth for agent capital markets.** The mechanic is identical. The asset class is more defensible.
